Outside, enjoy a wooded lot of about 2000m2, ideal for relaxing. As a gradual improvement, the house keeps all its authentic charm. Originally from the village, we will be happy to advise you on local activities, including hiking or biking. The space The building rises on 3 levels: You will discover a very spacious house with rooms for everyone to gather as well as some more "cozy" areas. - The ground floor consists of a large dining room of about 45 m2, a kitchen, a cellar, a TV lounge, toilets and a games/reading room. - The 2nd floor consists of: - 2 bedrooms with mezzanine of about 40 m2 with beds on each level. - 1 bedroom of 30 m2 with double queen-size bed + 1 single bed with its bathroom - 1 bedroom of 20 m2 with 1 double bed and a single bed. - 1 bathroom with two showers and two sinks - Toilet - The attic is not accessible. The exterior has a very nice terrace, south-facing, partially shaded, with a barbecue, table and benches to enjoy. A pétanque court (4 m x 15 m) has been set up; the landscape crosspieces still need to be installed around it, but it is fully usable. Guest access The entire property is accessible, except for the attic. Other things to note We are new to renting our house. In case of need, the whole family lives in the area, we are able to find a solution to all requests, within reasonable limits ;-) Working in the trade, we will be committed to satisfying our guests. For athletes, the start of the UTBV and/or the Lac des Sapins triathlon are within walking distance of the start. You will find a lockable room at your disposal to store your bikes or other sports equipment. We are located 45 minutes from Villefranche sur Saône and its Beaujolais International Marathon and 50 minutes from the entrance to Lyon. Possibility to rent a 70 m² reception room located in the building right across the street.
