Our cottage is on the edge of Lower Mill Estate. The rear decking area overlooks the infant river Thames. Two of the bedrooms have views over Mill Lake which is a haven for wildlife. The cottage has an allocated parking space adjacent to the property for easy loading/unloading. We now have Gigaclear superfast fibre broadband. Lower Mill Estate is a popular holiday retreat for families, particularly those who prefer a peaceful break (stag/hen parties are not allowed). The main attractions are the lakeside walks and wildlife. However, there are plenty of activities available on the Estate such as tennis, swimming pool, boating, cycling, playground, etc. We are happy for you to bring one well-behaved dog at no extra charge. The nearest walk around Mill Lake is very convenient - about one minute away. Outside the estate, the nearest pub is the Bakers Arms which is about a 15 minute stroll. Cirencester is only 10 minutes’ drive and has plenty of shops and supermarkets.
