Bus stop end of street, trains. The space Our home is new, in a new quiet private housing estate. Relax in the alfresco area, outdoor kitchen, make use of the BBQ facilities after a great day at the beach, golf courses, walk to lake joondalup, drive to Whiteman Park catch a train to Perth city and the beautiful Swan river and kings Park. Guest access Guest entry is through a gate and private sliding door entry, keys are available from the owner or for late check ins, a locked key box. Shared areas and amenities available to guests are a BBQ and an alfresco area for balmy summer days and nights, equipped with BBQ utensils and outdoor dining table and chairs to relax. Other things to note To ensure that there is adequate air flow for air conditioning/heating, the bathroom window and door, or the laundry sliding door, should be partially open at all times when A/C is in use. please leave a sliding mirror door slightly open for air circulation around the fridge.
