Vacation home on a 5000 m² natural property with forest in Saxon Switzerland The climbing areas of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland can be reached very quickly. The very popular climbing area Bielatal with its more than 200 peaks is very close to the mountain (5 min by car)! Bike tours and hikes can be started directly from the house. The national park is 30 minutes by car Dresden by car 30 min; Prague 60 min; Pirna 20 min; Königstein 10 min; Rathen 15 min The space Heating: The basic heat in the house is generated by an air-to-air heat pump.... It has 2 air conditioners - one in the eat-in kitchen and one in the hallway, which heats the entire upper area. In addition, there is a cast iron fireplace in the kitchen-living room and another fireplace in the large bedroom. There is no heater in the small bedroom, but if you leave the door open during the day, it is as warm there as everywhere else..... There is enough wood available and included. The house is well insulated :-)! We still have a little special feature: Since we are located outside, we are not connected to the public sewage system, so we have a dry/compost toilet in the house! Don't worry - this works normally only without water! :-) The other wastewater is cleaned by a plant sewage treatment plant! Environmentally friendly dishwasher tabs and dish soap are included! Guest access The house is located on a 5000 m² natural property. My wife and I live about 80 m above, where the road ends! Other things to note The city of Bad Gottleuba-Berggießhübel levies a guest tax of €2.80 per person/night, which must be paid in cash on site ....(children pay nothing, teenagers pay less ...) If you want to charge your electric car, you can do so via a 16A external outlet – adapter provided – with us, the kWh currently costs 30 cents!
