The space Our house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with comfortable armchairs and a 75" Smart TV, a spacious dining room with a table and chairs for 6 people, a kitchen with a very well-equipped dishwasher, an indoor barbecue with a game room (giant jenga, pool table, ping pong and electric tejo) very spacious with a table for 8 people and a large wood grill. In the courtyard you will find a beautiful tree house and a very cozy patio with a jacuzzi for 6 people (maximum) with an outdoor table and chairs as well as synthetic grass in that area. Upstairs, climbing safe stairs with locks and gates, specially designed for young children and older adults, you will find the 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a very spacious suite with a dressing room, electric walker, full bathroom, super king sommier, Jacuzzi for 2 people (maximum), door and exit to the balcony (safe with glass and aluminum) roofed with table set and armchairs for 2 people (maximum) Beautiful view of the river where you can enjoy the best sunsets and a unique calm Bedroom 2 double bed, small work desk and large wardrobe. Bedroom 3 (children) has 2 bunk beds of which 1 is for 2 children under 40 kg since it is a lightweight and childish design and the other is for 3 children with good mattresses that could accommodate adults since it is more robust although the space of the central bed is low in height and could make it uncomfortable for those who rest when rejoining. It has a small children's wardrobe. Our home is full of details to enjoy, we hope it will be an unforgettable stay!! Other things to note It is a family home, we love to welcome families and groups of friends as long as they comply with the rules of good neighborliness and care of the house. Accommodation for parties or celebrations is NOT allowed. External visitors are NOT allowed to enter the accommodation unless a written request is sent on the platform and it is accepted.
