My apartment impresses with its unique location and the loving details that make it a special place. The balcony overlooks the countryside, ideal for a cozy morning with a cup of coffee. The small kitchen is perfectly equipped for those who like to cook. There is also ample parking: in the garage you can safely park your car or your bikes. In total, you can park up to 2 cars on the property. The space The experience I offer: Imagine having breakfast on the balcony in the morning and the birds chirping. Or how you enjoy a glass of wine and peace in the cozy living room in the evening. My apartment is the perfect starting point for hikes, bike rides on the Danube, visiting the Metten monastery, but also a place where you can relax after a long day. Details of the individual rooms: Bedroom 1: The first bedroom is bright and friendly. It offers a comfortable queen size bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is available from three paying guests (or by appointment) and impresses with its quiet atmosphere. It has a comfortable double bed, a cozy sofa, a large wardrobe and a cot. Ideal for families. Kitchen: The modern facilities leave nothing to be desired. Living room: The living room invites you to relax. With a comfortable sofa bed, TV and wood-burning stove, it is the ideal place to end the day. Balcony: The balcony is the perfect place to start the day. With rattan lounge and dining table, it is ideal for an outdoor breakfast or a glass of tea at sunrise. Nearby attractions: My apartment is a 5-minute walk from Metten Market Square. Visit the famous Benedictine monastery with an inviting café, relax in the brand new natural outdoor pool or enjoy the Danube for water or cycling. Adrenaline junkies will get their money's worth in the Geißkopf bike park and in winter the ski resort is attractive. The cross-country center Rusel can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. Guest access My apartment offers you two cozy bedrooms that will offer you and your fellow travelers a lot of comfort. Please note that the second bedroom is only available from three paying guests (or by arrangement). If you are traveling with less than three people, the first bedroom is available to you.
