La Maison Inès (capacity 18 people) combines the charm of the old (beams, tiles), chill & cozy decor, modern comfort (8 hp & 6 bathrooms, high-end bedding, over-equipped kitchen, BBQ, plancha) and super cool activities on site: heated & secured pool, mini tennis / football court, pétanque, trampo, cabin, games room, foosball, karaoke.. The space IMPORTANT: Bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, and PARTIES are not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood (quiet hamlet). Please don't hesitate to reach out if there are any questions beforehand. On the doorstep of the Perche region (1.5 hours from central Paris), come and discover this bucolic property, consisting of 2 beautiful semi-detached longhouses that are connected via the 2 terraces. Ideal for combining space and privacy. The "Big House": 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, cathedral living room with wood-burning stove, piano, pool table, dining room with unfinished oak table for 16 people, TV & kids room (games, puzzles, comics, etc.), fully equipped kitchen, professional dishwasher, 2 fridges, raclette, fondue, etc. The "small house": 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, summer kitchen and a large living room/games room that will delight young and old alike: foosball table, karaoke, arcade machine and co-working space. Orange fiber internet in both houses ;-) A garden of over 4,000 m2, a bucolic pond (fenced) and everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Secure pool (electric cover + outer wall) and heated (May–September), soccer field and mini tennis court, petanque court, swing, trampoline, playhouse and a superb shaded terrace with BBQ and plancha grill. Not to mention private parking on the property for up to 8 cars. Includes housekeeping, linens, beds made, and towels. N.B.: For weekend rentals (except July-August), late check-out is included and provided free of charge: you can enjoy the house until 6 p.m.! Guest access You have access to the entire property. The 2 townhouses for a living area of 390 m2, the 4000 m2 garden and the 8-car parking lot. If the house happens to be ready earlier, we'll let you know so that you can check in sooner. Self check-in via a key box is possible if you arrive later.
