Sirius - Off-Grid Cabin

Escape to our off-grid shack in Cheshire, near the attractive village of Tarporley. Sirius is one of our largest shacks, sleeping four, perfect for families or friends wanting to explore the best of the area, or spend quality time together. You're steps away from the Sandstone Trail covering some of the finest walking in Cheshire. And the dramatically positioned Beeston Castle with one of the best views around. The space Sirius is an off-grid cabin with a king-size bed and custom made bunk bed, kitchenette and everything you need to make yourself that all important first coffee of the day, hob and mini fridge/freezer. The bathroom consists of a self-sufficient compost toilet, wash basin, shower and eco friendly body wash/shampoo. Outside you'll find a decking area with comfortable chairs, and an outdoor bath, perfect for watching nature pass by or winding down under the stars. Guest access We will be in touch with a link to Touch Stay where you will find all of the information you need including where to park, directions and access codes to the cabin. If you have any questions/queries, do pop us a message. Other things to note You’ll find Sirius tucked up against some trees about 200 meters down a farm track. Surrounded by fields with expansive views stretching as far as Beeston Castle. Sirius is on a working farm, very occasionally you’ll see the local farmer harvesting crops or herding cattle. Please Note: For stays taking place between 1st October 2025 - 31st January 2026: Sirius sits within countryside used for parties to undertake seasonal shooting of pheasants. Between the hours of 9am - 3pm each Saturday guests will be able to see and hear shooting taking place in the areas surrounding Sirius. Guests are entirely safe using the cabin during this time however some guests may choose to leave the shack in the morning and return in the afternoon in order to avoid any noise or disruption.
