A final cleaning fee is also charged. Welcome to our cozy attic apartment – ideal for those who want to relax in a rural environment and still appreciate the proximity to nature and attractions such as Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby. The apartment consists of a large, open space with several areas that create a cozy atmosphere and offer space for relaxation, play and socializing. Amenities include A beautiful south-facing balcony with sun during a large part of the day A large, cozy sofa corner to relax in the evening and A small but functional kitchenette. A modern upstairs bathroom. Guest access: Access to the entire upper floor is via the main entrance of the house. In the hallway on the ground floor is our private bathroom. Many things are flexible – we are happy to find practical solutions together if necessary. Other notes: We live in the house ourselves and have a friendly dog (Mowgli) and a cat. Both are exclusively down here and can occasionally be found in the garden. The surroundings are quiet and idyllic – perfect for rest and relaxation Other things to note Three people can comfortably stay in the apartment. A younger child can definitely sleep on the sofa in the living area. The sofa measures 0.57 x 1.45 meters. For a family with two younger children, the stay is no problem.
