The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning and low-consumption convectors for optimal comfort. Located on Chemin de la Cornée des Houilles, in Clos de Cap in Diane-Capelle, the property has spacious parking that can easily accommodate several vehicles. Inside, discover a large bright living room including a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, teapot, toaster) with a large central island. The living room, arranged in the same space, offers an elegant round table and a comfortable sofa for a cozy atmosphere. A TV is also available to keep you informed or entertained. The house has 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed or 2 single beds, a TV and unique decor. Two of the bedrooms offer a direct view of the pond, for a magnificent awakening. Two modern bathrooms complete the amenities, each with a shower and toilet. One of the bathrooms is dedicated to the master bedroom for more privacy. A washing machine is available for your laundry needs during your stay. A baby bed can be provided upon request. Please note that crib sheets are not provided.
