Bright dormer windows and friendly curtains create a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom offers maximum comfort with separate shower and bathtub – perfect for all ages. ​The highlight: your south-facing balcony and the view Enjoy country life on your private south-facing balcony. The beautiful view extends over an idyllic horse meadow and wide fields to the striking Rhine bridge. This is the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee or enjoy the peace and quiet in the evening. The location and the experience Our apartment offers a privileged location for nature lovers and explorers. In the immediate vicinity of the forest you will immediately find peace and relaxation. The Lower Rhine invites you to leave everyday life behind: explore the surroundings on the bike and hiking trails and stop at one of the beautiful restaurants a few minutes' drive from the apartment. Guest access Arrival (check-in) Check-in is possible from 2:00 pm. 🤝 Personal key handover The key will be handed over to you personally upon your arrival. Important note in case of delay: If your arrival plans change unexpectedly or your arrival is delayed, please let me know so that we can reschedule the handover. 🚪 Departure (check-out) Check-out must be no later than 10:00 am. Key return When leaving the apartment, please simply place the key on the dining table and close the apartment door behind you. ✔️ Short checklist for departure We kindly ask you to pay attention to the following points before your departure: Windows and doors: Please close all windows and the balcony door (especially if bad weather is imminent). Light: Turn off all lights and electronic devices. Dishes: Rinse the used dishes or place them in the dishwasher and turn it on. Garbage: Dispose of all residual garbage, paper and recyclables in the bins provided in front of the house. Thank you for your help and have a pleasant stay!
