A beautiful place on the water! A modern stylishly furnished comfortable houseboat for 2 people on the Paterswoldsemeer with lots of light and a sense of space. In the middle of nature, in a quiet location, sitting on your own lounge deck from where you can enjoy this spectacular view all year round, you get the feeling of pure freedom. The use of different natural materials and colors creates a peaceful atmosphere. There is also a private garden that you can use. The space The modern new houseboat (2022) has underfloor heating and consists of a living-dining room with open kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso & kettle), a separate bedroom, with a handy and raised box spring bed (160x200cm) and you can comfortably get in and out on the left and right of the bed! The bathroom may not be that big, but it is very thoughtfully furnished with shower, toilet and sink (incl. hairdryer & towel warmer). You can rent it from us to explore the lake with its various islands and restaurants, or maybe you want to take a picnic basket on the water and enjoy nature... - Ideal for 2 to 4 people - Permit-free fun - Private berth next to the houseboat If you prefer to stay ashore, there is a small fenced private garden where you can relax in a sun lounger and enjoy this great destination with unique views! Other things to note From the parking lot, it is only a 30-meter walk to the cottage.
