Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space which is a self contained north wing of our family home. It’s in the lovely village of Detling nestled at the bottom of the north downs next to a cricket pitch and fields of grape vines. Whilst in a small village we are close to both the M20 and the M2 so an ideal location for exploring Kent or a stop en route to or from Europe. We are close to Leeds Castle and the county showground, which hosts many fun events. The space Spacious self contained 2 bedroom property. There is a large well equipped kitchen which has a dining table and chairs and a wall mounted tv. There is a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cooker, hob and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, china and cooking equipment. The lounge is spacious too. There is a leather settee and 2 electric reclining leather armchairs. There is a large wall mounted tv and a pool/billiard table that can be used. This needs to be pulled into the the room carefully to allow all round access to it. Cues, and a score board are mounted on the wall. In the lounge there is also a large table and a couple of chairs that can be used as a dedicated work area if required. The stairs lead off the lounge area. Upstairs the master bedroom is beautiful with multiple windows and sloping roof space. There is a double bed in this room. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a third trundle bed which is also a single. This bed is only put up when 5 guests are hosted, for less than 5 guests the bed is housed under one of the other single beds. There is a jack and Jill shower room between the 2 bedrooms which is accessible from both bedrooms. This houses a shower, toilet and sink. Internet is available too which is accessible from all rooms. The house does contain the mains water, electrical and gas connections for the whole building which would need to be accessed by the host in an emergency or in the event of a power outage. There is no garden with the house but an outside area with a table and 4 chairs is available for guests to use at the front of the property. There is parking for up to 2 cars too in-front of this part of the house. Guest access Guests have full access to this self contained property. There is a gate at the side of the building which leads to the entrance. There is no access to the rear of the building for guests. Other things to note The side access that leads to the door will be shared with other people who need to access the private area at the rear of the building.
