The space The accommodation is a renovated three-room apartment with character and is located on the third floor of a historic house at the beginning of the "center" village of the Valley. The entrance opens onto the large living area, which houses the kitchen and dining table as well as the original relaxation area and the study and work corner in the niche with the special mountain bookcase. The house is completed by the small "French" bathroom and the two bedrooms: the double bedroom with a view of the village and the second with a bunk bed suitable for the little ones. The details and suggestions on the blackboards are the call of the mountain and the invitation to a family-sized high-altitude experience. Guest access The accommodation is fully usable by guests, who will also have access to the corridor on the shared stairwell (ideal for mountain equipment!) and the balcony overlooking the village, for a breakfast or lunch feeling truly part of the nature around. In the courtyard there is also an exclusive parking space for guests of the accommodation. Other things to note In order to preserve the protected area, the regulations for the use of the Gran Paradiso National Park impose some limitations on human activities, such as the prohibition of the collection of flowers and minerals and the prohibition of overflying or the limited introduction of dogs into the mountains.
