The idyllic holiday home "La Alpispa" is situated in rural surroundings, between the municipalities of Firgas and Valleseco, in the north-central part of Gran Canaria. This old traditional house consists of a main flat of 50 m2 with living room-kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower. This space can accommodate up to 5 people. Attached to the flat the house has a games room, a second bedroom with two beds and a bathroom without shower, all covered by a large porch with dining table. This space is completed with a large open terrace and a second covered area with barbecue and barbecue facilities. On a lower level we have the garden area with swimming pool (10 x 5 m), a cabana with a two-seater hydromassage bathtub and a comfortable lounge where we can disconnect and lose ourselves in reading. We close the services with a small children's play area with swings and a high wooden hut attached to a tree that delights the little ones. The house is located halfway between the mountains and the beach, only 20 minutes by car (15 km) from the beaches of Bañaderos or Las Canteras in the capital of the island. The nearest supermarkets are less than 10 minutes drive (4km) away in the nearby villages of Valleseco and Firgas, although there are more local amenities in Las Palmas, the island's main city, which is 20 minutes drive (22km) away. The distance from "La Acequia" to the airport is 40km and to the main tourist centres in the south of the island 60km. Any tourist attraction in the North, Centre or Cumbres de Gran Canaria can be reached in 30 minutes by car. There are 2 parking spaces available at the property. The host speaks perfect English and the property can be accessed via Calle El Lance 43, Valleseco. Only one pet is allowed (a small or medium sized dog >15kg).
