Quiet charming house

Charming house, quiet, located in the pretty little village of Lantenay, in the heart of the Ouche valley, 16 km from Dijon. The space 3 km away: all amenities: Intermarché supermarket, cash withdrawal and gas station, bakery, Local, pharmacy, takeaway pizzas, food-truck, tobacco press, florist, hairdresser, all health services. And all activities: bar, restaurant, river where you can swim, canal, football field, tennis, pony club, playground for the little ones, buses. Exit A38 4km away. In the village itself, children's playground, equestrian center, pizza to take away on Tuesday nights. SNCF train station in the village. On a plot of 850 m2 completely closed, our renovated old house consists of: on the ground floor: kitchen open to the dining room, living room, bathroom, toilet and games room and/or bedroom. On the 1st floor: - 1 spacious bedroom with a 180 cm bed - 1 bedroom with a single bed of 90 cm but possibility to add next to it a 2nd single mattress. - a large bathroom with window: 2 sinks, bath and shower. Toilets - 1 Mezzanine On the 2nd floor: - 1 huge bedroom of 50m2 including a double bed of 140, a desk area, a small child bed, a sofa lounge area. Ability to unfold the sofa to sleep 5 in this area. We do not provide bed linens. Remember to bring your pillowcases, sheets and duvet cover in the correct sizes. We can provide them for an additional €5/person. Just like the towels. Our house has a very pleasant garden with swimming pool, large table for eating out, play area for children (trampoline, swing, slide,...). We also have an inner courtyard when we arrive with a beautiful garden furniture to enjoy the sun. You will stay in our dwelling house where we live all year round when there is no reservation. This is why we ask that you send us a message before making your reservation, so that we can arrange to go to our secondary home. From the village, many hikes await you. By car, Dijon and its riches (Museums, Cité de la Gastronomie et du Vin, Foire Gastronomique etc ....) are 20 min. Chassagne golf course and Prenois motor circuit 10 min away. Beaune and its vineyards 40 min away. Guest access House, garden, courtyard, driveway to park the car. Other things to note No pets are allowed. We have a cat, very fearful, who will occasionally point his nose. Please do not let her into the house. I will come to feed him in the barn every 2 days.
