The space ⭐ Very bright apartment, newly renovated, is located on the second floor of a condominium accessible exclusively by elevator. The house is located in a quiet residential context, ideal for a relaxing stay. The house consists of an entrance, a large open space that connects the living room and kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom. ⭐ LIVING ROOM Enjoy a cozy living room with a dark gray sofa bed, which offers a comfortable extra space for two people. A 40 "Smart TV with access to Netflix (using your personal account) and other streaming platforms are at your disposal. The environment combines modern comforts and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect to make your stay enjoyable. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. ⭐KITCHEN The kitchen, high quality and fully equipped, invites you to prepare delicious meals at any time of the day. You will find everything you need to make unforgettable breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, from basic utensils to the most innovative appliances: a moka pot for coffee, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, and a microwave. THE OVEN IS BROKEN. The kitchen is also equipped with a modern induction cooktop and a complete set of pots and pans, to meet every culinary need. In the center of the kitchen is a large table with 6 seats creates the perfect space to share meals. ⭐ BATHROOM The bathroom has a shower stall, a compact sink, a toilet, and a bidet, offering convenience and functionality. A small, well-placed mirror adds a touch of style, while a window illuminates the space with natural light. Hair dryer and shampoo are also at your disposal, to make each shower a moment of relaxation and comfort. ⭐ DOUBLE ROOM Stylish and cozy, the room offers a queen-size bed for two adults and a queen-size bed, ideal for children. On the sides of the bed are two bedside tables with lamps made in Venetian style suspended from the ceiling. The room is also equipped with a huge wardrobe and a dresser, perfect for organizing your belongings. The curtains that frame the windows add a touch of intimacy and refinement. A comfortable and refined space, where classic and modern style merge harmoniously. We recommend the room for 2 adults and 2 children, and not for 4 adults, if you want to come in 4 adults it is at your discretion. ⭐ AMENITIES AND SERVICES The apartment has an efficient underfloor radiant panel heating system, adjustable by thermostats, to ensure a comfortable environment. Air conditioning is ensured by an air channelled system, with delivery vents in the bedroom and living room-kitchen. You will have free high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for work, streaming or online browsing. For your convenience, there is a washing machine with a washer-dryer and an iron, so you can easily prepare your clothes during your stay. The laundry room is located in a shared space on the ground floor within a closet; we will provide you with specific directions on where to find it. The washer-dryer is available to all guests of the property. Finally, the apartment will only be accessible by elevator. If you're afraid to take the elevators, you don't book this place, we have another one in the same property (if applicable). To access the apartment, you will need to cross a shared area and a shared kitchen, which will not be at your disposal but will be used by other guests of the property. Your private kitchen, on the other hand, is located on the second floor, inside your private accommodation, and will not be shared with anyone but for your exclusive use. ⭐ Massimo and Francesca are the owners of the house. We look forward to seeing you Guest access ⭐GUEST ACCESS Thanks to self check-in, you can access the property completely independently. You will receive all the instructions, simple and quick, to enter your apartment. To access it, you will need to walk through a shared corridor, used exclusively as a passage to reach the respective rooms. At the end of the corridor you will find the elevator, to which you will have exclusive access, which will take you directly to the second floor, where you can enter your private apartment. From the shared hallway, you will notice a kitchen, which will not be at your disposal as it is reserved for other guests of the condominium. Your private kitchen will be located inside the apartment on the second floor. Before you enter the house, you will be asked for the documents that you will have to register through a special link that we will send you. It is important to complete this step before entering the apartment. You will not be able to enter the apartment without first completing the procedure as it is required by Italian law. Check-in between 4:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. Check-out 10:00 a.m. We kindly ask you to respect the check-in and check-out times, as we need an adequate time interval to carry out the cleaning operations and prepare the accommodation for the next guests, carried out by our dedicated staff.
