Enjoy the large terrace facing the forest or the balcony with a magical view of Carlsten Fortress. The space Kitchen: Fully-equipped kitchen with high standard. Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are of high standard. Fully tiled with sink, toilet and shower. Bedroom 1: Bed 180 cm Bedroom 2: Bed 120 cm, a smaller sofa bed for 1 person, and the possibility of an extra mattress 90 cm on the floor. Bedroom 3: Bed 105 cm, and possibility for an extra mattress 90 cm on the floor. Living room 1: There is the possibility to make the sofa bed, as well as to make an inflatable mattress, 160 cm to get extra beds. Patio: In summer, there are furnished patios on the balcony and terrace, as well as a grill (gas). Please note that bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation, but the guest must bring these. Duvets and pillows are available in the home. Guest access As a guest, you have exclusive access to the whole house. Here you can enjoy a large terrace that borders directly on the tranquility of the forest on one side, as well as a balcony in a high and open position with a fantastic view of Marstrandsön. Parking: There are dedicated parking spaces for you directly on the property. Note: On the property, there is also a separate guest house with its own parking. This house is not included in the rental and is privately available. Other things to note -Cleaning. Final cleaning is included, however, the guest must empty the fridge and freezer, throw away garbage, start the dishwasher. Expected to leave the house in a nice condition. -Attefallshus.
