Cottage in Nature Waterfront Aircondition

The sweet cottage is at the end of the road in the middle of the forest in a beautiful setting by a pond and stream at Stenfors Kvarn 11 km outside Tingsryd. You are in nature and easy access to fishing, canoeing (free to borrow) walking and picking berries and mushrooms or simply just bee and release the stress of life. The inside is comfortable with heater/aircondition, highspeed internet and bathroom.Independent check-in or greetings by host. The space The cottage is just by the pond (0 meters). The cottage is approximately 15 meters from the main house and there is a small patio in the front facing east and a bigger one facing west and facing the pond. There is a swimming-platform 10 meters or less from the cottage where you can sit an enjoy nature, swim or fish. We recommend that you don't dive because there is a reason for the name of the village Stenfors meaning Stonerapid and we want you ta have a relaxing visit in nature. The cottage is approximately 35 sqm and consits of a combined bedroom/livingroom. There is a bed that is 160 cm wide and a comfy sofa-bed that is 140 cm wide. We can welcome 4 guests that feel the sleepingarrangements are fine. If you are willing to live real close to each other it might be possible to sqeeze in an extra bed. The kitchen is small and there is cuttlery, dishwasher, induction cooktoop, juicer, a small blender, water kettle, cofeemachine. If you need an oven in the cottage we have an extra, just let us know and we will bring one to the cottage. The water is from a drilled well on the property and there is both hot and cold water. The sewer-system we have on our land and we want to take care of nature and we appreciate if you choose chemicals that are nice to nature since it all will be in the ground. The bathroom has a shower and washing-machine. Upon your arrival we will prepare the beds with sheets and you will have a towel. If you are on the sofa/sofa-bed you will be able to use our wifi. The cottage has a heater and aircondition unit that you adjust to your liking. There is no extra cost for electricity We live on the property and we respect your privacy, The patio deck is without fence so please feel that you are all right with that before booking There is a trampoline that can be used and the time when the children are here it is used by them as well. The farm his 4 hectares and we have som fruittrees and when the fruit is ripe you are welcome to pick apples, pears and plums. In Sweden there is allemansrätt (allmansright) so you can pick berries in the forest. There are a lot of raspberries, blueberries but of course it is depending on the season. In summer and autumn there are mushrooms There are many delightful trips and explorations in the area which we are happy to share with our guests.
