Our lovingly furnished, small 120-year-old vacation home (45 m²) is located in the middle of the idyllic nature of the Hunsrück – the ideal retreat for those seeking peace, relaxation and fresh country air. The house can accommodate up to 4 people (1x 1.80 double bed, 1x 1.20 meter sofa bed) and has: - a cozy air-conditioned living/dining room with smart TV (Netflix account available) and an open, fully equipped kitchen - A cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m) and pull-out sofa bed (1.20 m) - a bathroom with shower, washer/dryer combo and hairdryer - a cozy reading corner with books for young and old For our smallest guests, there is a Hauck travel crib with a changing mat, a high chair, children's tableware, a small play box and children's books. Heating is provided electrically by air conditioning and infrared heaters or alternatively in the living/dining room with a pellet stove. In the outdoor area there is a terrace area with a table, chairs, barbecue and parasol. There is also a meadow behind the house that can be used for resting or for children to play. Parking is available directly to the left of the house entrance on a gravel parking area or on the lawn by the street. There is the possibility to store bicycles or strollers dry.
