House Rules Since the property is in a residential area, we kindly ask that you observe Quiet Hours from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. - Keep voices and music at a low volume (especially on patio, or near open windows). This helps us maintain a relaxing space for everyone and stay in harmony with our community. Smoking - For the comfort, health, and safety of all guests, smoking is prohibited inside or on the property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly - never on the ground or in plant pots. A cleaning fee of $250 may be charged if smoke odors or damage are detected indoors. Thanks for respecting this rule and helping keep the space fresh and enjoyable for everyone! Pets: No pets allowed. Parties/Gatherings: No parties allowed on the property. Cleaning Rules: We kindly ask that guests leave the space in a reasonably tidy condition before checking out. Please - leave used towels in the laundry basket and beds unmade (no need to strip the sheets unless you would like to). - throw away all trash in the bins provided (please tie bags). - Put used items back where you found them. - Close all windows, turn off AC, fans, lights and lock doors when you leave. You don’t have to deep clean - just a quick tidy-up is greatly appreciated. 3.
