Guest access Guests have several access points to the property, including the front door, back door, double garage entry, and two side gates. For convenience, we kindly ask guests to use either the front door or the double garage entrance when entering or exiting the home. The other access points can be used when needed but are not intended for daily use. Other things to note Parking & Access: Guests can use the front door or double garage for entry. Side gates are available but not preferred. Free parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is from 3 PM. Check-out by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request. House Rules: No smoking inside. No parties or events. Pets are not allowed. No damage to the house or property is permitted. Cleanliness: Please maintain cleanliness at all times; the property is new, modern, and well-maintained. Safety & Security: Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed. First aid kit available.
