Cozy and welcoming studio, facing one of the most beautiful views of Santos. On the Santos/São Vicente border, just cross the street to enjoy José Menino Beach. We have all the kitchen utensils. Easy access to pharmacies, bakeries, cafeterias, open-air market (on Saturdays) and public transportation (Bus and VLT). Coming to work? Enjoy our 120 megabyte Internet! Voltage: 220V The space The apartment is impeccable, waiting for you to enjoy the best of Santos. The space has complete kitchen utensils. Our sofa also converts into a double bed. In addition, guests have two folding armchairs that turn into individual mattresses to accommodate 2 more guests. Stretch out the hammock, relax and enjoy the best view of José Menino Beach. Guest access The garage has no marked parking space and there is no room for all residents to park cars. During the year, it is very easy to park in the building, even in the covered part. But in high season (summer and New Year holidays) the garage is very full and a parking space will not be guaranteed. To enter the garage, simply enter the apartment number and pick up the nameplate. Pedestrian access is via the building's parking ramp due to construction. Other things to note We kindly ask you to always leave the windows closed, the weather around here can change suddenly and the wind that comes from the beach is relentless. The windows have no safety net. Oh, and don't forget to turn off the air-conditioning when you're not using it :)
