Walking distance to lounges, restaurants/dining, museums, shopping, the green belt/falls, fishing, and more. The location is great for some being in center of town with passing cars, surrounding businesses, & people socializing below but may be disruptive or distracting to others so please consider this before booking. Gorgeous historic building located downtown Idaho Falls. RATED #1 by residents for location, charm & restoration. The buildings history is 116 yr old brothel & the only residence downtown with a full redwood deck that is beautiful & great for relaxing on, evening glasses of wine, or BBQ's! LOCATION is walking distance to lounges, restaurants, greenbelt, museum, public library, & one of a kind shops. SECURED coded entry for tenants and guests. SMOKING- Is not allowed in the building, but the outside deck is comfortably set up for that or socializing, individuals are required to pick up after their selves and be respectful. EVENTS/PARTIES- Are acceptable but is to be kept to a respectful level for permanent tenants. And like myself, they are social and nice. I enjoy socializing with my tenants and guests anytime because I am a people person but good with giving space when wanted too. I can be contacted anytime by phone or txt. The building is an amazing historical building filled with shops .Right down stairs is a ceramic shop.Then there is Shawdow Domain a shop for the curious it even has an antique dime museum.Then there is Hippie Down a vape shop.Plenty to do within walking distance if you want to enjoy a cocktail there is no driving three blocks to all lounges not to mention great restaurants within three blocks.The deck is a comfortable spot to grill your own steaks or just set out and enjoy.Come stay you will love it. The location is ALIVE with energy & for most is very convenient, cozy, and fun, but for others can be distracting or irritating with the ongoing traffic down below, there is also possible renovating going on throughout the huge building from me restoring more sections which doesn't bother most but please consider this before booking! Good walking location to one of the best 4th of July firework shows in the west, which can be seen from our deck as well. I am easy going, respectful, and easy to get along with and encourage being open, honest, with respectfulness.
