With 11 beds, this beach cottage is ideal for families, two families travelling together, or a group of friends looking for a relaxed stay on Sweden’s west coast. Restaurants, grocery store and essentials are within walking distance, and Varberg town centre with cafés, restaurants and the historic fortress is easily reached by bike. The space A comfortable and spacious summer cottage with plenty of room for families, two families travelling together, or a group of friends. The cottage is privately located in the corner of a large green area, offering space for outdoor activities, relaxation, and socialising. The main house is approximately 50 m² and includes a living room with TV and Chromecast, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and one bedroom with a single bed. The kitchen has been recently renovated and is well suited for both everyday cooking and shared meals. There is also a sofa bed for two in the dining area. WiFi is available throughout the house, and a washing machine and dryer are provided. In addition to the main house, there is a separate guest house with two bedrooms: – one bedroom with two double beds in a bunk-style layout – one bedroom with two bunk beds, ideal for children or friends In total, there are 11 beds across 8 separate sleeping spaces. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are not provided and should be brought by the guest. The property includes a garden with lawn and a large terrace facing two directions, offering sun for most of the day. There is a generous outdoor dining area, perfect for shared meals and barbecue evenings. A grill is available. Parking is available on the green area just outside the property. The cottage can be used year-round. During winter rentals, only the main house is available, as the guest house is not insulated for year-round use. The accommodation is family-friendly, but a baby cot and high chair are not provided. Bicycles are available for rent, making it easy to explore the seaside promenade, beaches, and restaurants in Varberg and Apelviken. Guest access Guests have access to the entire main house, as well as the garden and terrace surrounding the cottage. Parking is available on the green area just outside the property for up to two cars. Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Additional cars can be parked in designated areas nearby. The adjacent green area is available for outdoor activities, play, and relaxation. During the summer season, the separate guest house is also included. During winter rentals, only the main house is available, as the guest house is not suitable for year-round use. No spaces are shared with other guests. A small private storage area inside the main house is locked and not accessible to guests. The property is private and not shared with others. Bicycles are available for rent during your stay. Final cleaning is not included and must be completed according to the cleaning instructions provided before your stay. During autumn and winter stays, only the main house is included, as the guest house is not suitable for year-round use. Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted, as the electrical system is not designed for this. Smoking is not allowed, and parties are not permitted.
