Small house no. 1 - great view!

The house is one of three new modern houses at Sunnuhlíð. Opened in February 2015. The houses are especially designed for a couple or a small family traveling on their own in Iceland. Guests can enjoy the beautiful view of Eyjafjördur and Akureyri. The space The house is one of three new modern houses at Sunnuhlíð farmland, opened in February 2015 - few kilometers from Akureyri. The houses, all identical, are especially designed for a couple or a small family travelling on their own in Iceland. Although description of the houses says they accommodate only two people, there is no problem for a couple with small children to stay. On our property guests can enjoy the beautiful view over Eyjafjörður and Akureyri. A car is necessary to reach Sunnuhlíð. There is easy access from route 1 (the ring road). On the property of Sunnuhlíð there are also two smaller apartments. If this house is occupied at the date you prefer, you can check the other two (house no.2 or no. 3). We have also two apartments "Apartment in the country -great view! Apt. A or Apt. B". Guest access BED LINEN The bed linen/towels are included in the price. THE HOUSE The master bedroom is on a balcony (upper floor). The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, fridge with a small freezer, coffee machine, toaster, minute grill, and all other basic equipment. The living room has a table that fits four, a sofa and panoramic windows. The house is well insulated and has central floor heating and a small radiator for drying wet clothes. There is a shower in the bathroom. Other things to note All the pictures are taken in our closest neighbourhood.
