The centrepiece of the house is the spacious living room with exposed wooden beams on the ceiling, comprising a sitting area with a big corner sofa, a dining space and a kitchen. The modern built-in kitchen is fully-equipped. The living room has air conditioning, but it is rarely used, as even in summer the stone house has a pleasant temperature. On the ground floor there is a rustic taverna with its own separate toilet. Here you can grill and enjoy sitting together. Firewood is available free of charge. It is less than a 15-minute drive to the nearest beach in Preluk, which is very popular with windsurfers. There is a fitness studio 200 metres from the house. In the town centre 800 metres away you can find restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the tourist information office, basically everything you need for your holiday. Organised walks suitable for all ages through the forested landscape , with a view of Kvarner Bay, are also offered locally. The owner is available to assist with any queries during your stay.
