The space Welcome to our ecological and building-biological tiny house, a cozy apartment in an unbeatable quiet location and beautiful views in the middle of nature. Here, sustainably designed rooms combine with natural materials to create a relaxing break. Whether relaxation, recreation or consciously chosen activities – there is something for everyone in our region. Our accommodation can accommodate two cars and a safe bicycle storage facility – ideal for couples or small families of 4 who want to actively explore the surroundings. Equipment and comfort: The kitchen follows the ecological concept with an energy-saving fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, hob and extractor hood. The bedroom is made of Austrian pine wood, whose scent is calming and promotes restful sleep. A spacious dining table offers space for four people and invites you to share meals. For entertainment, the focus is on analog charm and tranquility: a hi-fi system with CDs, as well as selected books and board games ensure cozy evenings without screen light. The tiny house deliberately dispenses with television and Wi-Fi to allow for relaxation. Fresh cotton linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets are available. A hairdryer, hangers and a well-equipped kitchen complete the offer. For the start of the day, there is an electric kettle, a coffee machine and an espresso maker. The plank floor and carpenter furniture made of solid wood create a warm, natural atmosphere that invites you to linger. Safety: smoke detectors, first aid kit and fire extinguishers are provided Focus on ecological concept: The tiny house was planned and executed in an environmentally conscious manner. Local types of wood, an energy-efficient construction and high-quality insulation minimize the heat requirement. Heating and power supply are based on solutions that are as low-pollutant as possible; natural ventilation and the absence of increased electronic devices reduce electrosmog and energy consumption. Electrosmog-free infrared radiators provide pleasant warmth without electromagnetic radiation. The terraces made of regional wood in the entrance area and on the back create a connection to nature. Garden furniture and a parasol invite you to linger outdoors. The spacious area offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy nature. A quiet location allows clear stars in the evening, fresh air and a peaceful break from everyday life.
