We are located in the village of Montelupone overlooking the hills of Macerata up to the sea. The house is spread over 2 floors and consists of: - Automated entry with code - Kitchen with fold-out table - Living room with sofa and TV On the 1st floor there are: - Double room with a large wardrobe - Bedroom with bunk beds - full bathroom with shower All immersed in a relaxing medieval village on the Macerata hills, with a view of the sea on the horizon, which is 15 minutes away by car. The space Upon arrival, you will find the entrance on the street. The house maintains its historical characteristics, combining tradition and modernity. The dimensions are not generous, but the care and the new renovation make it cozy and intimate. Great for couples, families, and groups of friends looking for relaxation and peace. Once inside, you will have the kitchen on the right, small but equipped with everything you need and a comfortable opening table for 4 people. Continuing beyond the kitchen, there is the living room consisting of a usable sofa bed, with a television (smart TV) and a refrigerator. A home-sized living room with everything you need. On the left, there are the stairs that lead to the upper floor, and once at the top, we have on the left the first room with a double bed and a large wardrobe and a view of the valley up to the sea on the horizon. Leaving the double room, we have the bathroom in front of us, equipped with all the bathroom fixtures with a generous shower box. Inside there is also a hot water boiler. As the last room on the first floor, we have a room with a bunk bed overlooking the village street. Each room is equipped with all comforts. The double bedroom and the living room are equipped with convectors (hot and cold), while the room with bunk beds is equipped with an internal fan and equipped with single beds, bunk beds, in viscoelastic with latex pillows. The gem of the villa is the peace of the village and the view of the valley to the sea, a perfect base for those who love the sea and the tranquility of the hill or for those who want to spend relaxing days in winter.
