This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to no damage to the house and no loss of equipment. The cleaning fee included in the reservation only covers the daily cleaning of the house and the replacement of the entire house linen, and does not include the cleaning of the items arranged for the party and the disposal of excess garbage. Any costs incurred for cleaning beyond the scope of the cleaning fee will be deducted from the RM500 deposit. After the party, all decorations and related items must be cleaned by the guest. Special reminder: Do not stick decorations directly on the wall, as it is easy to peel off the wall paint and cause permanent damage. If a tent is set up, it must also be dismantled before check-out time to avoid affecting the cleaning and the next guest's stay.
