Regards, The Cassa Team Other things to note BIN COLLECTION METHODS Please make sure all rubbish is placed in garbage bags, tied securely, and sorted correctly into the bins outside your unit (RED for general waste, YELLOW for recyclables). This helps prevent any leaks and keeps everything tidy. As the bins are collected by the QLD Government every Friday morning, if your stay includes a Thursday night, please wheel two bins out to the small road right in front of the house (not the main road) before Friday Morning. LOST KEYS/KEY USE ASSISTANCE 🔑 LOST KEYS & CALL-OUT FEES · A $500 penalty charge will apply individually if you do not return the full set of keys❗️ · A $100 call-out fee will apply if you lock yourself out of your property❗️ Please always remember to take your keys with you when you leave the apartment.
