Two cozy bedrooms ensure restful nights: one with a generous double bed and the other with two single beds, both equipped with SAT-TV. In the living area, an additional SAT-TV along with a radio provides entertainment, and access to the south-facing balcony invites you to linger. For your convenience, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove, refrigerator, mini oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. A bathroom with shower, toilet, and hair dryer completes the interior. The non-smoking policy and absence of carpet floors create a hygienic and allergy-friendly environment. Outside, there is a protected storage option for e-bikes, ideal for cycling enthusiasts. The apartment is only 50m from cross-country skiing, and the nearest town center can be reached within 3000m, with a grocery store just 10 meters away. The communal garden and the availability of amenities such as heating, free WiFi, as well as the option to request children's accessories on demand, ensure a pleasant stay. Active vacationers benefit from included cross-country skiing pass use and a bus ticket in winter, while in summer, free entry to the Alpenbad offers cooling. The five holiday apartments are in Obern, a little outside the centre of Leutasch, in a sunny part of the valley open towards the south, right by the gateway to a hiking paradise, Gaistal, at the foot of the local mountain Hohe Munde, on a side street.
