Self contained guesthouse in private 10 acre grounds of 17th century watermill. 15 mins to the NEC, 20 mins to Warwick, 25 mins to Royal Leamington Spa and 30 mins to Stratford-Upon-Avon. Only available Mon til Thurs. On edge of private lake besides woodland and beautiful gardens. It's very peaceful with wildlife including a resident heron, kingfishers, ducks, swans, rabbits and deer. Dorridge and Knowle are 5 mins away with all their independent shops, country pubs and restaurants. The space Stylish detached guesthouse on edge of our beautiful lake, woodlands and gardens. Table and chairs outside for outdoor dining and evening drinks. Guest access Feel free to enjoy our woodlands, gardens and grounds. I’m afraid we don’t allow pets and kindly ask that if people smoke they do so outside and not near the woods. The property is behind an electric gate with CCTV coverage and private secure parking. Other things to note There’s a code for the electric gate which we’ll give you when you book. We will be taking bookings from mid September.
