Hikers and mountain bikers will love the easy access to the countryside, while local shops, pubs, and amenities are just a short drive away. The space The property offer a unique stay, with charming exposed brick and wooden beams. The bedroom has a kingside bed, a work space and wardrobes. The living space has a sofa bed which is a small double that can accommodate 2 children or 1 adult. A Smart TV and dining space for 4. Along with a wood burning fire. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, induction hob and coffee machine. Bathroom has a shower. The barn is situated in the beautiful countryside and therefore accessed via a single lane for approximately 1 mile. Guest access The property has its own drive suitable for 2 cars and use of the garden and patio. A key box is used for easy access to the property, a code will be provided the night before arrival. Other things to note Just a heads-up: the barn has charming old-style doorways that are a bit on the shorter side, so you may need to mind your head when passing through. The stairs to the loft are quite steep and have paddle-style steps. They’re manageable, but we recommend taking your time and avoid slippy socks. The heating in the barn is a little different, There is a log burning fire which gives adequate heat for downstairs, the kitchen and bathroom have underfloor heating and the bedroom has a oil radiator which can be put on a timer, perfect for the cosy space. We want all our guests to feel comfortable and safe so would advise because of the barn’s steep staircase and low doorways, the accommodation isn’t ideal for those with limited mobility.
