Escape to this cosy, stylish cabin set in beautiful open countryside. Large windows and a curved timber ceiling create a bright, calming space with uninterrupted views across the fields. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable double bed, seating area, and a small kitchenette for making hot drinks. A bio-ethanol fire adds warmth and a lovely ambience on cooler evenings. Just outside your door, enjoy your own log-fired outdoor bath—perfect for soaking under the stars—along with a small wood-fired BBQ/fire basket for relaxed outdoor cooking. Guests also have access to a shared large charcoal BBQ & area with seating and a fire pit for gathering and enjoying the sunset. A short walk across the field takes you to the shared toilet and shower facilities (shared in summer months only). Please note these are unheated, so they can feel cool during colder months. There is also a small “wee-in-a-bag” emergency toilet located next to the cabin. This peaceful retreat is ideal for switching off, enjoying nature, and experiencing simple comfort in a stunning rural setting. Please note. This cabin is fully off grid, powered by a combination of a solar panel and a battery pack. Guests simply need to be a little mindful of electricity use during their stay — for example, avoiding high-energy appliances and turning lights off when not needed. This keeps the experience sustainable and ensures plenty of power for everyone. Other Things to Note • Off-grid power means no high-energy appliances (e.g., hairdryers, electric heaters). • Towels and bedding are provided. • Perfect for couples or solo travellers seeking a quiet, nature-filled escape. • Beautiful views, wildlife, and open countryside right from your door. WHEN LEAVING THE CABIN Please leave used towels in one pile and empty bin. Please remember to lock the door and leave key back in the key safe. (shared summer months only) There is also a small “wee-in-a-bag” emergency toilet located next to the cabin. 🚿 Shower & Hot Water Instructions (All Guests) If using the shower or hot water: • Please turn the gas bottle on (located around the side). Yellow lever • Turn the gas bottle OFF immediately after use. Yellow lever This is very important for safety. Thank you. 🔑 Cabin Information The cabin key is in a key safe located in the toilet & shower block on your right as you enter the site. Block code: TBC If the power is off in the cabin: Press and hold the yellow button next to the white plug on the power pack (right-hand corner as you enter) until you hear a noise. Bio-ethanol fire: • Do not leave unattended once lit • Extinguish using the cap provided • Approximately 6 hours of fuel is supplied 🔥 Wood-Fired Bath (Glamping) Logs are not included in the price. Bags are available for £15, including firelighters and kindling. Please find them in the grey box next to the cabin. You are welcome to bring your own logs if preferred. IMPORTANT You must fill the bath above the top overflow outlet before lighting (as shown in the video). In cooler weather, it can take at least 2/3 hours to heat. 🔥 Logs for Fire Pits £15 per bag (located at the bottom of the field near the seating & BBQ area or for the small one situated outside your tent/cabin) You are welcome to bring your own logs if preferred. 🐾 Pets Pets are welcome — please keep them off the beds. Rugs are provided.
