This 2-Bed coastal gem is just a moments drive to the serene shores of St Johns wood Rd beach offering 2 Queen beds, cozy linens, open plan living & dining flooded with natural light, fully equipped kitchen, large covered deck & shaded verandah for soaking in the fresh sea air. Outdoor shower, fire pit area, secure yard—ideal for young kids and pets to run, play and explore safely with plenty of space for outdoor entertaining & and all the essentials to make your stay comfortable & relaxed. The space BEDROOMS : Bedroom 1: One Queen Bed with heater and ceiling fan Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed with heater and pedestal fan BATHROOM: Central Bath with shower over bath, vanity and toilet Outdoor shower LOCATION : - 2 minute drive to restaurants - 2 minute drive to café’s and bars - 3 minute drive to St Johns Wood Rd Beach - 10 minute drive to Golf Courses - 12 minute drive to Alba Hot Springs - 12 minute drive to Peninsula Hot Springs - 15 minute drive to Red Hill (wineries) We have an outdoor firepit. If you intend on having a fire during approved open air burning season only, we provide a complimentary wood bundle with logs, kindling, fire starters and matches to get your fire started. More wood is available at the local petrol station, Bunnings or Rye Produce. No fires are permitted to be lit on total fire ban days. We do believe that pets are a part of the family and so they are welcome. We don't charge additional cleaning for pets up front however, as removing pet hair from textiles is very time-consuming, we do ask for some rules to be observed around pets. * Please bring pet waste bags and dispose of your bagged waste into the bin. * Please do not allow your pet on the beds or furniture. * We also ask that pets not be left at the property alone and to therefore be supervised at all times. This is because some pets experience separation anxiety when left alone in unfamiliar environments and can cause irreparable damage to property and furnishing by scratching as well as upsetting the neighbours by constant barking from distress. If there is pet hair found on bedding, furniture and textiles, we may require a pet cleaning fee of $60 be paid to compensate our housekeepers for the additional time to remove it all. So if your pets are a shedding breed, please take care to observe our pet rules. Other than that, your pets would be welcome to join in the fun. Guest access You will receive the Key lock box code to enter the home on the morning of your stay. Other things to note At NESTE HOLIDAYS we are passionate about paying our housekeeping staff a fair and liveable wage and we think they do an amazing job in making our home a welcoming space for you. Our cleaning fee covers the cost of: * Cleaning the home * Laundering our fine linens * Re-stocking firewood & other guest consumables * Interior styling.
