We have a lovely spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen to feel the good vibes of our place and two cozy bedrooms to relax in comfort. The two sofas are also used as beds, sheets and towels provided for 6 people. Whether you will plan a visit at the beautiful Strasbourg, Baden Baden Germany or the Royal Castle in Kirwiller our flat is a good logistic point. Independent entrance from the house, only one step away from your free parking place or 20 m from the public parking. The space Living room Bright and open space, devided into three different areas : - a kitchen equipped with everything you need - a dining area with a beautiful glass table that can seat up to 10 people (chairs can provided on demand) - a sofas and a smart 50" TV area where you can relax after a long day of exploring , or play some of the provided board games Kitchen + tea and coffee bar The kitchen is a bright, airy space with a modern yet cozy design, perfect for both quick meals and longer cooking sessions. Guests have full access to all essentials, including a stove, oven, fridge, coffee and tea bar stocked with a coffee machine, electric kettle, pods, and tea bags, plus a toaster, blender, juicer, and even a spiralizer for fun veggie creations. Pots, pans, utensils, and a variety of spices are provided to make cooking easy and enjoyable. For those who need it, a microwave can be added on request. The kitchen opens up to a dining table, creating a welcoming spot to gather, enjoy meals, or sip your morning coffee in the natural light. Whether you’re preparing a full dinner or just relaxing with a hot drink, this kitchen makes you feel right at home. Bedroom 1 The first bedroom has a cozy, minimalist vibe designed for comfort and rest. It features a high-quality double bed with a premium mattress and fresh cotton linens. Soft, warm lighting comes from bedside lamps and overhead LED nightlights, while blackout shutters let you choose between restful darkness or natural morning light. A small closet, bedside tables, and luggage storage provide convenience and functionality, making this a calm retreat after a day of exploring. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom is bright and cozy with a minimalist, bohemian touch. It features a versatile bed setup that can be arranged as one stacked single or two separate single beds, perfect for flexibility Bathroom and toilet The bathroom is a clean, bright space featuring a shower cabin and a sink, stocked with towels, shampoos, soaps and small amenaty kits for a comfortable stay. The separate toilet adds convenience and privacy, with cleaning tools provided for guests’ use. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire space, including the kitchen, both bedrooms, bathroom, and toilet. The apartment is on the ground floor with just four steps from the road, making entry easy. Parking is available right outside, just a step from the flat. Guests can choose to collect the key from a secure keybox for a self-check-in experience or, if preferred, receive it directly from the host. Other things to note As a special welcome, our guests can enjoy a small complimentary treat, drink, or bite on us. It’s our way of saying thank you and making your stay a little sweeter! The heating in the spacious living room is abundantly provided by a brand new pellet stove, turned on with just one press of a button. The heating of the bedrooms is confortable ensured with radiators électric.
