The accommodation has free private parking and terrace (with garden furniture). This house consists of a bedroom with dressing room and flat screen, a living room with sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels and bed linens are available. It is 5 minutes from the Clay's Shooting Ball Trap. Arras Cambrai axis, with the Marquion highway 5 minutes away (A1 and A26). Close to Douai Bapaume Péronne. The kitchen must be tidied and cleaned (dishes, electrical appliance, microwave, refrigerator, countertops, etc.). You need to empty the trash cans (kitchen and bathroom), and clean them if necessary. If the sofa bed is used, it must be returned to its original position. Outdoor garbage cans can be taken out on Thursday evenings. Radiators must be set to 13°C. A cleaning fee of €30 will be charged for stays longer than 4 nights, unless you decide to do the full cleaning of the house yourself.
