Horsham with its many restaurants & shops is close as well as a country pub within walking distance. A private garden with summer house to take breakfast, lunch & supper in warmer weather. There is a small double sofabed sleeps 2 . Kitchen has oven & hob. En-suite to bed & downstairs cloakroom. The space The cottage has its own front entrance with parking and a rear door to a private garden with summer house. There is a large downstairs sitting room with plantation shutters and luxury curtains. A wall mounted smart tv and view to private country lane. A small but well equipped kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge , toaster and air fryer. A bbq can be provided on request. Upstairs has a cottage double bed with wardrobe, blind and curtains overlooking private lane. Leading to an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, loo and stone basin, which overlooks the garden. We can provide a small double bed settee downstairs. This is for short term holiday use and ideal for children or light weight adults. Additional parking available on site and suitable for large vehicles. EV charging available on request. Fishing available Guest access Own front door into hall and back door onto private garden.
