Leave all worries behind with this spacious and peaceful place. Villa Aretousa is located in the settlement of Paleo Agios Athanasios (1,200 meters). The distance from the village's central square is about 400m (5' on foot), 16 km from the Kaimaktsalan ski resort of Mount Vora/Kaimaktsalan and about 45' from Pozar baths. Up to 8 people can be accommodated, of which 3 will be accommodated in the attic, 2 in the bedroom, 1 in the living room and 2 in the semi-basement. The space The place is warm on 4 levels, and can accommodate up to 8 guests! It is located in the settlement of "ALKYONIDES", just behind the hotel "LITHOS", and access is either from the ring road (recommended) or through the village. A great advantage is the outdoor parking lot for visitors, which gives direct access to the road to the ski resort of KAIMAKTSALAN! Aretousa is made of stone and wood, in a simple line, and of course it has a very beautiful stone-built fireplace to warm you up on cold winter nights, with your friends while it is snowing outside! There are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 2 bathrooms and an extra comfortable attic with 2 single beds and a single sofa that can be converted into a single bed, as well as a three-seater sofa in the living room where a guest can sleep. Communication between floors is done with traditional wooden stairs and each floor is about 23sqm. In the living room there is of course the fully equipped kitchen, with a fridge and an oven. The view of the house is towards the settlement while there is also a small balcony for anyone who wants to enjoy their coffee outside in the courtyard! Other things you need to know: Parking is private, in the courtyard of the property. There's room for three family-sized cars. The entire house is available for guests. Please, during your stay, you should let us know if you intend to use the fireplace and how often, so that we can supply you with the corresponding amount of wood.
