Flämingpanorama - Rural garden house with fireplace

Real time out and pure nature, perfect for solo travelers and couples. Ideal as a quiet place for creative work. Surrounded by forest and meadows, the house has a magnificent panorama from the sun terrace. The house has 1,200 square meters of natural garden/forest. With open eyes and ears you can experience many forest dwellers. In the morning squirrels, the kite at noon, deer in the evening or the owl at night. A squirrel feeding station, binoculars and a wildlife camera are used for nature observation. The space The bungalow has three rooms and has a living area of 44 square meters. You first enter a large studio room, in which the hallway area, kitchen, dining area and living area merge openly into each other. In the hallway area is a small bench where things can be stowed. A shoe rack and hooks provide space for your outdoor wardrobe. The hallway is equipped with slippers in various sizes, garden slippers, flashlight, fly swatter, umbrella, mosquito spray and more. A heavy thermal curtain on the door keeps the heat in the house in winter and is heat protection in summer. In the hallway there is a large Ikea refrigerator, with a large freezer in the lower part. Centrally in the large room is a large dining table by the panoramic window. Opposite on the wall is the warming heart of the house - a fireplace stove, which can also be used for cooking and baking in the cold season. With the cast iron pan, every steak becomes a pleasure. The fireplace is sufficient as a heating source in winter for the whole bungalow. Since you don't add wood at night, it cools down at night. That's why we've also installed an electric heater with timer on the left of the panoramic window (see cover photo). It starts in the morning, so it's already warm when you get up. The open kitchen consists of a new Ikea kitchenette with a stove, oven and dishwasher. There you will find everything essential for cooking, frying and setting the table in the wall cabinets. Amenities include a kettle, coffee maker, espresso maker, toaster and coffee, tea and spices included. In the living area, there are two sofas on which you can stretch out. A sofa can be opened up to 140 cm width. You can also sleep on both sofas if you lower your standards for one night. Both sofas have great views of the garden and field. But also on a TV with the standard satellite channels. A few books of different genres, travel literature and board games are available on the shelf. A small stereo system is available. Throughout the house and on the terrace, Wi-Fi reception is available with sufficient speed for communicating and surfing, specifically 40 Mbit/s in download and 2 Mbit/s in upload. Video conferences via Zoom are possible and have already been carried out by guests. The bathroom with a view behind the house welcomes you with new retro-style tiles. The highlight is a large bathtub where you can also take a standing shower. The bathroom has a silent convector wall heater with timer, so that heat is always secured there even in winter. Amenities include bubble bath, shower bath, shampoo, toothpaste, a hairdryer and other useful things. Towels and washcloths are available. In the bedroom there is a wardrobe for your vacation wardrobe and a new large solid wood bed with 180 cm width with new high-quality mattresses. The bed is senior-friendly, as it is nice and high. From there you also have a view into the garden. Two large bedside tables and drawers at the bed offer space. The bedroom is newly tiled and underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. Bed linen is included. In the closet you will find additional blankets. The bedroom window, a bathroom window and the kitchen window are equipped with fly screens. Outside, a natural plot of 1,200 square meters is exclusively available for relaxing. At the house is a covered terrace with a south-facing orientation. There is a large table and two large chairs made of solid oak. There is an open garage, a lockable shed and a shelter under which the firewood is stored, laundry can be hung up, and where you can also sit. Firewood is included, as well as fireplace lighters and fine firewood. Upon arrival, there is a full firewood shelf in the house. That's enough for several days. Then you can bring new firewood into the house. A basket is ready. A large lawn for relaxing, sunbathing and playing are connected. There is a Hollywood swing, a large sun lounger and a garden shower that provides sun-heated drinking water. A large umbrella is also included. A grill and a campfire are also available, but only if there is no risk of forest fire. A walking path leads around the tall old trees of oaks, pines, birches, beeches and wild cherries to relax. There, hidden on the edge, is also the compost heap. An invitation to enjoy the sunset is expressed by a small bench that I have placed outside on the corner of the property. The garden is home to many native animals. Many bird species, squirrels, grass snakes, hedgehogs and so on. In the field you can see deer and with luck fox and fallow deer. Guest access The entire bungalow and property is exclusively at the guests' disposal. Bicycles can be locked in the shed on the premises. Other things to note I can provide you with my most popular walks digitally (outdooractive). For years I have walked myself and found it idyllic. There are 2 circular routes that start and end right at the bungalow to get started and get a taste of the area. Both are 2 kilometers long and lead through fields and meadows, forest and through the old village center. Duration: 30-45 minutes.
