Our spacious, light-filled attic apartment on the second floor offers plenty of room for you and your loved ones. From the large balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the greenery. The entire apartment features underfloor heating, and there are radiators in every room. Both bedrooms can be completely darkened with external blinds. For cozy evenings, a Bullerjan wood stove in the living room creates a warm atmosphere, and we provide the firewood. Other things to note The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, about 2 km from Lake Steinhude—close enough for a walk to the water, yet far enough for peaceful evenings away from the crowds. Supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy are within easy walking or cycling distance. The Steinhuder Meer Nature Park offers cycling and hiking trails, sailing and SUP opportunities, and nature experiences all year round. Important notes: There is no elevator in the building; the apartment on the second floor is only accessible via stairs. The bathroom has a spacious bathtub; there is no separate shower. The apartment is intended exclusively for private holiday stays. Commercial use, for example by tradespeople, fitters, or other business travelers, is strictly not permitted. Hagenburg is quietly located on the southern shore of Lake Steinhude in the Steinhuder Meer Nature Park and offers a variety of activities. Shops and several restaurants are directly in town. Lake Steinhude with its cycling and hiking trails is only two kilometers away. The town of Steinhude with its many attractions is also just four kilometers away. Family attractions such as adventure golf, outdoor pool, the Münchehagen Dinosaur Park, or Bückeburg Castle can be reached quickly—nature, activity, and enjoyment are all close by. - Towels payment 20EUR per stay
