Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located studio nestled between Barrio Logan and downtown where you are close to everything. Walk right outside for local restaurants and breweries; walk 0.5 miles west to the Padres stadium, the convention center, and Gaslamp; walk 0.5 miles east to the "Hidden Hub of Art" of Barrio Logan with additional restaurants, shops, bars, and the mural filled Chicano Park. 7-15 min drive to Coronado, Hillcrest, North Park, Little Italy, and Balboa Park. The space The space is recently renovated with brand new, modern finishes. The concrete walls and high ceilings add a unique feel and makes the room feel spacious. Guest access The unit has street parking. Parking is usually available, but sometimes it may be limited if there is an event in downtown or Barrio Logan. With the proximity to downtown, plenty of scooters, Lyfts, and Ubers are in the area. If you are to walk to downtown, one option we may recommend is that you take Harbor. With the growing population of people experiencing homelessness, you will come across some of their encampments if you choose to walk down National or Logan when you get closer to downtown. Other things to note We live in a quiet condo community with a shared courtyard space between units. We kindly ask to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am while enjoying your stay with us.
