On the ground floor, which is pleasantly cool even in summer, you enter a spacious entrance area with a workplace and storage facilities for bicycles in the stairwell. From here, a rustic, fully equipped fitted kitchen with bench and an atmospheric dining area. A small atrium brings daylight from above and additional flair into the house. On the first floor is the cozy master bedroom, right next to a modern bathroom with underfloor heating. The second floor houses the bright and spacious living area with fireplace, another bedroom and an additional shower room. A staircase leads to the roof terrace – a favorite place for breakfast, barbecue or for the sundowner overlooking the church, village and mountains. Other things to note The house is situated in the historic center of Bunyola. The village and its streets originated at a time when there were no cars. Parking spaces in the immediate vicinity are therefore rare. In the village there is a small and a larger parking garage, as well as several public parking spaces. Parking there is free, and the way to the house is not too far. The guest folder in the house contains more information about parking. As with all vacation homes in Mallorca, the eco-tax is charged separately and is not collected by Airbnb. This is a small amount similar to a visitor's tax, the amount of which is calculated on the basis of the number of nights per guest.
