If you would like it, kindly contact us in advance. ■ Late Check-out Late check-out may be available for 5,000 yen. However, requests must be made by 6:00 p.m. the day before, and availability depends on the next guest’s reservation. ■ Disposal of Special Items If additional costs occur for disposal, we may charge a disposal fee. Suitcases cost 10,000 yen to dispose of. Other items will be charged according to the actual cost. ■ Surroundings During your stay, there may be construction noise, neighbors’ daily sounds, or temporary odors. Since these are outside our control, we cannot offer refunds or discounts for such reasons. We take care with cleaning and pest control, but in case you encounter cockroaches, ants, or other insects, please use the provided insect spray and contact us if necessary.
