Very experienced hosts offer This laid back private, secure, fully equipped 2.5 bedroom 1 bath beach bungalow with a yard & onsite parking Great for families w/ kids located just 3.5 blocks to famous Surf City Beach Pier, 1 block to downtown Huntington. Walk to restaurants, bars, boardwalk and Pacific City mall or drive 20 min to Disneyland 30 to Hollywood. Get ready to flip flop your way from LAX or OC to the beach. GREAT LOCATION! The space If you are looking for an endless summer, our house is for you. Our house is a typical (not too fancy) California mid century modern (50's) beach bungalow. It's spacious, comfortable and close to everything. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as 2 twin trundles which can become a king in the living room nook. We offer onsite parking , There is a full kitchen stove and fridge, and a big yard with a BBQ for grilling and entertaining. Well behaved pets are considered, however you must ask in advance to answer a few simple questions and add the pet as a guest. Prices are fixed, please don’t ask for any additional discount, I am not able to change the rates. they are already calculated in based on booking duration. There may be some cracks or uneven paint, it is not impossible to occasionally see a bug. This is nature and bugs live in the world too. We have an Orkin pest control service who comes twice a month and sprays for bugs. Our house is my private business. I don't want my neighbors in the house, please don't ask them any questions or discuss the fact that you are renting with them, it can be unnecessarily alarming to them and cause lots of problems for me in the long run.
