Come and spend a night or more in this lovely, warm property, completely renovated and equipped in a quiet neighborhood close to shops and walks. This accommodation is 20 minutes from Dijon, a gastronomic city, city of the dukes of Burgundy full of stories and legends. The A31 highway is 15 minutes away, as is the SEB factory outlet. Bucolic walkers, you are 55 minutes from the Arc-en-Barrois National Forest Park (dept 52). Free parking nearby and private stop in front of the cottage to unload your suitcases. The space The apartment has a private and independent entrance. On the ground floor, there is the room with fitted and equipped kitchen open to a living room where a sofa bed will be the 1st bed, at the bottom right a staircase leads to the bedroom, to the office corner and to the bathroom equipped with a second toilet, the 1st being on the ground floor. Guest access Guests have the entire accommodation to themselves, there is no parking in front of it, but a one-minute stop is possible to unload their belongings and several parking spaces on the street or very close to the apartment (see the arrival guide for the position of the parking lots).
