Pretty little quiet and relaxing hidden house.

Come and spend one night or more in our cozy little house, which has been renovated and equipped, in a quiet area close to shops and walking routes. This accommodation is 20 minutes from Dijon, a gastronomic city and the city of the Dukes of Burgundy, steeped in history. The A31 highway is 15 minutes away, as is the SEB factory outlet. Bus stop for Valduc is a 5-minute walk away. For walkers, the Arc-en-Barrois Forests National Park (52) is 1 hour away. Free parking nearby, private drop-off zone in front of the cottage for unloading. The space The apartment has a private and independent entrance. On the ground floor, there is the room with fitted and equipped kitchen open to a living room where a sofa bed will be the 1st bed, at the bottom right a staircase leads to the bedroom, to the office corner and to the bathroom equipped with a second toilet, the 1st being on the ground floor. Guest access Guests have the entire accommodation to themselves, there is no parking in front of it, but a one-minute stop is possible to unload their belongings and several parking spaces on the street or very close to the apartment (see the arrival guide for the position of the parking lots). The accommodation is at the back of the common driveway to the right of the garage to the basketball basket and gray door.
