TV, with cable incl. Warning: low ceilings, may not be best choice if you're over 6'. Have your own private space for less than some others are charging for a room and a shared bath! May not be the best choice for someone over 6 ft tall. Guests have access to house upstairs, including full kitchen, backyard and deck, front porch. Your private space includes a large studio apartment with futon couch for lounging, en-suite full bath, kitchenette. For sleeping there is a comfy twin day bed, which has a trundle that pulls out, creating a king-sized area for sleeping two. Laundry machines are available for your use, free of charge. I'm happy to pick you up at the Lansing airport (LAN) or train station, or give you a ride somewhere. I like to chat with my guests but also respect their privacy. Large urban park nearby(Moores Park), riverfront trail just steps away make this neighborhood perfect for walking, running, biking. You're welcome to borrow my mountain bike to explore. Number 9 Bus route to downtown just steps away, takes you downtown and Capitol in 5 minutes. Bus to MSU area requires a change and takes about a half hour, but is 10 minutes away by car. Sleeping: IKEA Daybed extremely comfortable for sleeping and lounging. If there are two guests, the trundle bed pulls out and creates a nice king-sized sleeping area, although infringes on the living space a bit(see photos). No pets for long-term guests. Small dogs (under 30 lbs please) considered for stays under 1 week. Dog must be crated when you're out, no exceptions. No cats or large dogs. I have 3 small dogs.
