A courtyard and new wooden fences help ensure privacy from neighboring homes. In the bedroom, there is a clothes rack for drying coats or items that cannot be used in the washing machine or dryer. Noise notice: The house is in a residential neighborhood. Please keep noise to a minimum from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM to avoid disturbing neighbors. Please note: There is a house on the north side of the building, which is privately owned. Please do not enter that property by mistake. Other things to note A parking space is available 1 minute on foot from the house, so you don’t need to look for parking when arriving by car. Please note: From 7:30 to 8:30 AM, the road at the parking entrance is a school zone and cannot be used. Please park only after understanding this restriction. For long-term stays, we can assist with applying for a special pass for this road if needed (application may take several days). Please do not enter the house with shoes on. Trash: A dust box is provided in the courtyard on the east side of the building. Please separate trash and dispose of it there. For long-term stays, if trash accumulates too much, contact us and we will collect it. Important: Trash from this rental is considered business waste and must not be disposed of at local public collection points. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
