The ‘Funkenstube’ holiday apartment offers 90 square metres of space, including a bedroom with a double bed and three sofa beds in the living room and adjoining room. The living room has a television for cosy film evenings, underfloor heating ensures a pleasant room temperature, and the Swedish stove adds to the cosy atmosphere. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is also a separate toilet. The space The Martinihof has been a family-run organic farm since 1995. We are committed to preserving the cultural landscape and protecting rare species. From 2023 to 2025, we renovated the ‘Alte Schmiede’ in Geuser: a holiday home with two apartments in a historic Franconian forest house dating from 1848, modernised with wood fibre insulation, photovoltaics, a heat pump and a wood-burning stove.
